Except EAD checks, cashed all other checks on 9/20/2007(FP,485, AP and I have the receipt numbers). Does any body have similar issue...?

Done. It correctly showed the representitive and the senators. But I am not sure it went. Particularly the screen of advacacy to send mail to 6 frineds kept on coming up. If I don't receive confirmations to my account, I will send once again. Or I will call them also.

I am not sure if I am correct,
Although no. of visas are awarded "EB category + country" wise, but spillover is not awarded in same fashion.
.e.g. 3000 visa comes to EB2 I & 3000 visa comes to EB3 I.
But spillover comes from EB1 to EB2 irrespective of country. And reason why EB2 I is far ahead is because of spillover gain before it reaches to EB3.
Even if some EB2 I guys are not happy with EB3 person porting to EB2, shouldn't they calm down as whoever is porting taking benefit from spillover for EB2 world and not from spillover EB2 I.
My assumption is spillover comes to "EB2" and not "EB2 + country" wise, if that is not correct then my point is nullified.

thanks gujju, srinivas_o for your contributions and continued support. It is nice to see EB3 guys being proactive. Giving up or doing nothing is not an option. This is the best chance we have until 2013.

On August 7, 2008, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. Report them to USCIS and blacklist them. They don't get anything by suing you. They have more to lose if you report them to USCIS.

You wouldn't have felt that way if you were EB-3 India sittinig for last 8 years, reading Visa Bulletins every months, just to find it still in Oct'2001...And if you ask USCIS what's going on they ask you 5K.
I don't think you can tell if I had felt that way, the same way I cannot tell how you feel, but I understand your pain to some extent - I have been waiting for 2 years and probably have to wait a few more. All I am saying is that the country cap policy is not a form of discrimination.:)

I don't know is it the right place to post this. What will be the EB-3 ROW in the coming June Visa Bulletin. I have asked my attorney and got the following response:
Q: I am in the Rest of the world chargeability area. My category is EB-3. My priority date is July 27, 2006. Do you think that my priority date will be current in the coming June 2008 visa bulletin. The May 2008 bulletin's cutoff date in my category and chargebility is March 1, 2006.
A: Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing if your priority date will be become current next month. Sometimes the priority dates stay the same for many months, or become unavailable completely like last summer. At times, the dates may jump many months or even years. We can not speculate when your date will become current, as it is truly unpredictable

Hey guys
My PR card in Canada was not issued; they rejected the photos I submitted with the original application. Now they're asking I submit new ones in PERSON!
I will need to get a Canadian Travel document now to re-enter Canada now. Does anyone know how long it takes to get that issued?
Plus, Since I'm using AP as well the whole re-entering the US with the Canadian Visas in my passport is once again an issue. I'm considering giving up on the PR card, since I've technically already completed my landing; I can re-apply for the PR card if and when I decide to move to Canada permanently. Can you guys advise?

But beleive me its not that easy to find company Z at least in miami. Major clients don't even interviewH1b candidates.. same old story...
I would love to take revenge with company X at some point in my life :(
Sometimes I feel submit I-485(whenever dates becomes current and pray to the god that Company X don't cancel my I-140) using an initial employement letter from company X and hope it will take more than 180 days and then show paystubs of Company Y upon RFE.

From your post it seems like Y is a kind of better in behaviour, closer to Home
, wants to help you in GC ( FROM SCRATCH) but you dont want to pay for GC cost of 8000-9000 again ( what you wasted already ).
I'm not a legal counsel/mentor or lawyer but in mY opinion - You find a company Z which has similar criteria as Y but only additional criteria is they will bear the cost of your GC - Its not difficult to find such Z ( worst case they may ask you to sign a bond of 7-10K if you leave them 1 yr after GC) ....
After you get GC or EAD at hand you have lots of avenues open to tackle any bond that Z might have made you sign.
Does this helps ??

I think IV should make it mandatory for $25/monthly charge for all the folks.
At least we can get rid of the dual-nature of 'helping you, only a little bit' sort of tendency.
However, there should total transparency once people pay. I see some guys are frustrated for lack of information despite them being donors.

Can we set a target of $100,000. Lets not forget other IV core too. Even they might have spent money. We should set up an administrative account.

Service center was Nebraska, check cashed of course because got receipt notice in mail yesterday
