Thank you all for your help and support but I have made peace with my fate. I have pancreas cancer with VERY poor pragnosis and trust me I took 5 different opinions with the some of the best hospitals in US and Europe.
Regarding my family, something is working out in Sweden and probably all of us will move there permanently in 1-2 months. We have some relatives living there.
Thanks again for all you help. You guys really made us feel we are not alone.

"EB-2 India. This category is expected to remain unchanged or to move very slowly forward (by a week or so) in the short-term. This is mainly caused by the fact that many EB-3 India applicants (there are approximately 60,000 EB-3 India pending cases) are �porting� their priority dates into the EB-2 India category and are thus taking visa numbers.
EB2 India is slowwly becoming EB3 as thousands are porting from EB3 to EB2. Some of them are really worthy of EB2 and some of them are fradulent.
EB2 India applicants should wake up from their celebratio of a few months leap and get ready for slow movement or retro.
Guys wake up and fight to make the porting rules veryu strong if not stop porting. The rule should be if I140 for porting is denied then the applicatnt should loose his/her initial EB3 priority date also as he /she has indicated that he/she is no longer working in the position as described in EB3 labor. This will make sure that fradulent applicants cannot port from EB3 to EB2.
P.S: I know I will get thousands of REDs. I do not care... EB2 I guys wake up.. Time is running out.. EB2 I will very quickly become same as EB3I.

Applied July 11th reached 12th NSC. I-140 approved from Texas, 08/12/2007 LUD on I-140. No receipts yet. No idea checks have been cashed or not (attorneys checks)

There might not be any use, and it might not work, but we have tried to get attention thru media, lobby congress and fight our way through. Law-suit is something that will bring a lot of media attention, and also AILF feels there are strong grounds, so why not?.
I think you need to read the grounds on which AILA and other think there is a strong case again. You dont understand the basic issue.. yes they can change the bulletin any time they want, that is perfectly within the law and yes they are not bound to pay compensation. However the fact that in making the dates current overnight and adjudicating so many cases in such a short time and actually requesting a visa # from DOS etc etc are all contravening the law and thats why there is a strong case..

Hello friends,
I was wondering about the FP notice time frame. I had applied for 485/EAD/AP on July 2nd at NSC which later got transferred to TSC. Receipts indicate that notice date is 8/27.
I was wondering how many days does it take to get FP notice from the 485 notice date? data indicates that some of the TSC guys who have notice dates of 8/29 have already got their FP notices scheduled for mid september.

Do you really believe there are 700K "unique" cases pending.
I think elimination of Labor Substitution would take out atleast half of 700 K pending labors..

Labor Substition was a devil which has created most of this problem as I can see there are hardly 15-20% original beneficiaries for these 2002-2003 Labors.
Employers made Labor Sub a Devil by misusing it. It has been provided to employers as a valid advantage from employer perspective.
Infact GC has become a retention perk for the employer and from the employer perspective all they need is unlimited H-1B permits. All this added to the fuel that GC has become a perk to the employee because they suck up 6 years of H-1B servitude and not a Employer benefit anymore.
I think the Govt and USCIS start to think now that
H-1B is employer benefit
GC is employee benefit
and they are slowly moving to make changes in the current law.
